Returns and refunds

14 days to return it

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order, no questions asked. The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original box.

How to start a return

Email borjaflores629@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and the return address in the United States within 1 business day. Do not send the product back before receiving them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If the product arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping.

Return shipping

For returns that are not due to our error, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
