What's included
Oak smoke lid with a central chamber and stainless-steel mesh filter. Kitchen torch (ships without butane; refills with standard lighter gas). 12 tins of natural wood chips: two each of cherry, oak, pecan, pear, apple and beech. 2 ice ball molds, whiskey stones, 2 mesh filters, dosing spoon, cleaning brush and a black gift box.
How to use it
Put a pinch of chips in the chamber of the lid. Light them with the included torch for 3–5 seconds until they glow. Set the lid on your glass or jar, wait 20–30 seconds, lift and serve. For food, use a jar or a glass bowl with the lid on top.

Do I need alcohol to use it?
No. It works the same with sodas, iced tea, lemonade and with food: cheese, salmon, butter or a sauce.
Does it come with a torch?
Yes — a kitchen torch is in the box. It ships empty (air transport rules) and refills in a minute with standard butane lighter gas.
Is it safe to use at home?
Yes, used as the manufacturer indicates: on a stable surface, away from curtains and paper, never left unattended while the chips glow. Let the lid cool before touching the filter area.
Which glasses does it fit?
Rocks glasses, tumblers, wide-mouth jars and small bowls. For food, use a jar or glass bowl and set the lid on top.
Can I wash it?
Not in the dishwasher. Clean it dry with the included brush and, if needed, a damp cloth.
